You shouldn't make your dog drink water. WHen it gets wants it, it will drink it on its own. If your dog goes 2 or 3 days without drinking water you caould put some i a shringe and give it to them but if your dog goes that long without drinking water you should take it to the vet.
Take it to the vet if it has been more than a few days without water.
Your dog should drink water as soon as it is thirsty. If it goes more than 12 hrs. without drinking water, take to a veterinarian. Nothing alive can survive w/o water.
Make sure the puppy has a clean dish, made of stainless steel if possible, in which you have put clean, cold, fresh water. If the dog still does not drink from the bowl, you should contact your vet because it's very unusual for a dog not to drink water. Sometimes you can make dog's water more appealing to them by adding a SMALL amount of chicken or beef broth (very small amount: there is a lot of sodium in broth, which is unhealthy for dogs). It could be the puppy just needs to "learn" that that is his water to drink.
No, the dog did not drink water mixed with laundry detergent.
Water. And it should also still be nursing.
If you won't drink the water, you shouldn't let your dog drink it. It could be unhealthy water or poisned water. How will you know! Make sure you give your dog purrified water and no other liquid.
none, your still using water, and the dog could get sick from that, just give him a bowl
A dog owner drinks water out of the tap. Regular water.
because they're born with the knowledge of knowing they if they do drink the water after eating rice and chicken they will explode. which obviously they dont want to do. so they wait until its gone through the digestive system (they can feel where their food is when its digesting) so when its safe they'll drink water :)
well, when we go spend a whole day at the pool, we drink tons of that water without even noticing it, and nothing happens to us, so the chance of a dog getting sick of that are pretty low. But still, dnt let him get a habit of it, orr drink too much from it.
throw it in the bath.
No! Stick to water.
