Indians usually have Hog Fry's. It is Hog meat that is cut up in 1" squares and then deep fried in oil. Usually outside in the big cast iron pots. People will have brown beans, fry bread and other food to eat. It probably isn't the best thing for you to eat, but it has been an Indian tradition for as long as I have been alive. Hope this helps.
If the hog is "fried" it is immersed in hot oil. You may be thinking of a "hog roast," in which a whole hog is roasted. This can be done in a huge roaster built large enough for a hog, or in a roasting pit dug in the ground.
A hog is not a pig when the hog isn't domestic.
The head of a hog
A wild hog can have many to no tusks. This depends on how old the hog is.
Hog jowls are typically fried or braised. To cook, start by seasoning the jowls with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Then, cook them in a skillet over medium heat until they are crispy and golden brown on both sides. Braising is an alternative method where the jowls are slow-cooked in liquid until tender. Both methods result in flavorful and tender hog jowls.
NO! a hog is a pig. A hog is a mammal. A duck is a water bird. A BIRD! NOT A PIG!
is meaner than a wild hog
The hog that has tusks is the warthog.
hound dog hog
It is hog itself.
Warthog, not Wort Hog. It's a wild pig, as the "hog" part might suggest. See here: http://www.answers.com/topic/wart-hog
Oh, dude, the possessive form of "hog" is "hog's." Like, you just add an apostrophe and an "s" at the end. It's like saying, "That hog's bacon is delicious," or "I can't believe that hog's mud bath cost more than my spa day."
