Nothing 'predates' on the domestic dog. It is an apex predator even though many breeds have completely lost their own predatory drives.

However. There are many species that are opportunists and will attack anything they feel they can handle. Small domestic dogs such as Toy Poodles can certainly end up as victims, as well as the young of any other species. A hungry alligator will have a chomp at anything that comes into range, including humans. However these attacks are considered exceptions, they are not part of the alligator's normal diet and it is not a valid predator-prey relationship (considering that mankind has probably consumed a thousand times more alligators than people who have been killed by one).
