There is a minor discrepancy in the online calculators - half i checked say 10mg of norco is the equivilant to 2mg of hydromorphone - others say 20mg of norco is equal to 6mg of hydromorphone - my best medical educated guess as a medical professional is that the actual calculation falls in the middle & they are estimating the difference.
