If you are 100% positive that they are orphaned, only then should you intervene.
Contact your local wildlife authority, zoo, animal rehabilitation center if none of these exist in your area then it's up to you.
Avoid having a lot of human contact. Coyotes while not as pack oriented as wolves will on occasion allow a human into their inner circle as it were. When this happens you get some super loyal and mischiviously playful pets.
If at all possible leave them at their own den area and bring food and water to them. Determine if any are more malnurished or dyhydrated than others. Canned wet dog food or dry dog food wetted with Mamalac or similar puppy milk replacement is a good place to start. Add cooked meats and chicken then raw meats, mice, rabbits etc. preferably with skins and furs attached. Good luck.
Baby doves, or squabs, should ideally stay with their parents for about 2 to 3 weeks after they fledge, which is when they leave the nest but still rely on their parents for food and care. During this time, they learn essential survival skills and social behaviors. If the baby dove is orphaned or abandoned, it may require human intervention, but it’s best to consult a wildlife rehabilitator for guidance on how to care for it.
Just try your best. Draw a body and add a face and you have a coyote. Don't forget a tail.

Yes, you can, but it's probably not the best choice.

Well don't touch them unless you are absolutely certain that both the parents are dead. If you touch the eggs, the parents will not come back. You need to put them in an incubator with some nesting material like hay, feathers, and cloth, and hope for the best. I don't see how you are going to teach them to fly or find food, anyhow, but the best of luck to ya!
It is not recommended to adopt a pet coyote puppy as they are wild animals and may pose a danger to you and others. It is illegal in many places to keep a coyote as a pet. It is best to contact local wildlife authorities or animal shelters for guidance on how to handle encounters with coyotes in your area.
