One Opinion: From a small syringe, or a tiny pet bottle if they will suck it. Goats milk is the best. Add one egg yolk to one cup of milk, they add a dropper-full of liquid vitamins and a teaspoon of some kind of laxitive like Karo (actually something natural from a health-store would be better than karo, like Herblax). But at that age they have very little chance of survival without their mother, so don't blame yourself or be discouraged if they don't make it.

Another Opinion: The above advice is very dangerous! Egg yolk and laxatives are not recommended for baby bunnies! See the related link below for information about how to hand-feed baby rabbits. Consider locating a rabbit rescue group or wildlife rehabber, because it's very hard to hand-feed baby bunnies and the bunny will likely die.
