What is the difference between a shih tzu and a beizu shih tzu?

There is no such thing as a miniature or "pocket" beagle. Beagles come in two sizes. A 13-inch beagle is 13 inches or less at the shoulder and a 15-inch beagle is between 13 and 15 inches at the shoulder. Beagles have also been known to have dwarfism, and occasionally a puppy is born with this condition. They tend to have a shorter life span than other beagles, but remain small. As with any animal, it is possible for one to grow to be much smaller than the norm, but as a puppy it is not guaranteed. Additionally, it is not usually known if a puppy will grow to be a 13-inch or a 15-inch. 13-inch parents can have 15-inch offspring and vice versa. Most backyard breeders produce beagles that are much larger than 15 inches, and so actual 13 and 15-inch beagles might appear miniature, but they are, in fact, the size they were originally bred to be.

Ummm.... what do you mean when you say Maltese shihtzu? There's no such thing as a purebred Maltese-shihtzu only a MALTESE and a shihtzu is a shihtzu. If they are mixed then that's the "difference" one is mixed (mutt) and one is purebred.
