Well this depends on what you mean by this question. If you mean the common warm versus cold blood then a Warmblooded animal is one that can generate enough body heat on it's own to survive, while a coldblooded animal is one that must seek out warmth from the sun or through other means to survive. If you mean warm /cold blooded in reference to horses it's more to describe type and origins. A coldblooded horse is a draft type horse that is slow moving/reacting and generally very calm. A warmblooded horse is one that has a mix of hot and cold blood type horses. This causes the horse to be of a lighter, but sturdy build with better athleticism than the coldblooded horse and a calmer more reliable temperament than the hotblooded horse.
