Every horse has a different feel when you are riding him. More broadly, riding an Arabian will feel very different from a Thoroughbred, and both will be different from a Quarter Horse or a Saddlebred. Each breed has a different back length, barrel diameter and natural carriage of the body; all of this affects how it feels to ride the horse.
