well no dog is friendly...it just depends on their personality...a chihuhua is the smallest, but wouldn't be as friendly. But my friend's chihuahua is the nicest dog and smallest you would ever know...so i think it just depends on characterisitics

There is no friendliest or meanest dog breed. It all depends on how the dog is raised. A poorly socialized and poorly trained animal is not going to be a particularly friendly one, no matter what breed it is.

Well some of the most popular dogs are spaniels and labradors! But these dogs the alot of looking after and need to be exercised between 1 and 3 times a day! The are very loveable! As the saying goes, a lab is born half trained and a spaniel dies half trained! However if you want a quiet dog thar doesnt make much fuss or work a whippet is s good choice! Although they love to run, they can be very happy just trotting along at your side! They love to sleep and are loyal!
