Despite being the smallest of all the bears, the sun bear is probably the most aggressive, and will attack without provocation. Relatively, they also have the largest canines of all the bears, although their diet is less carnivorous than some of their cousins. http://www.bbc.co.uk/nature/wildfacts/factfiles/12.shtml
The least aggressive bear species is generally considered to be the American black bear.

A polar bear, especially a male, would be as aggressive or more as a black bear when it comes across to a prey.
Not if you leave them alone and keep out of their comfort zone. They can be aggressive though, if you go near the cubs and anger the mother grizzly bear. Most grizzly bear attacks occur when someone surprises the bear because they never made their presence known, the bear is protecting her cubs, or when a person does not respect a bear's space when trying to get a photo of them, hunt them or go near for some other reasons.
The Brown bear is way bigger then the black bear. The brown bear is also more aggressive.
