Mound
A small round hill is known as a Knoll-Ref. Webster Dictionary.
Knoll.
Snow Hill, Maryland, got its name from the nearby Snow Hill, a small mound that was covered with snow during winter months. The town was established in the 17th century and was originally known as "Snow Hill" due to the natural landscape. The name reflects the region's climate and geographical features, as well as the local history of settlement and development. Over time, the name became associated with the town itself, solidifying its identity.
Would "knoll" satisfy?
No, a knoll is not a landform. It is a small hill or mound of natural origin typically found in a grassy area or meadow. Landforms include mountains, valleys, plateaus, and plains.
A small rise in the land that resembles a mountain but is smaller is known as a hill. Hills are natural landforms with sloping sides and can be found in various landscapes around the world.
