Depends on a couple of factors....Depends on if you're looking for a "pet" quality or "show" quality Great Dane AND what the US Dollar to Ruppees conversion is at the time....I'll give you prices in US Dollars and you can figure from there. A PET quality dane should cost you between $500 and $1,500 (AVOID "back yard breaders"...you MIGHT pay less for the dane but you AND the Dane will probably pay later for health problems....MUCH MORE) and a SHOW quality Great Dane will cost you about $2,500 AND UP....I've seen prices upwards of $6,000...BUT MOST GREAT PEDIGREE GREAT DANES cost around $2,500 and $3,500. Good news though, they don't each more than a lab or other largish dogs so the real cost is the price of the dane. It's also a good idea to have their stomach attached to their abdominal wall so they don't get bloat (stomach flipped over....results in either a $3,000 plus surgery or DEATH). The surgery to attach their stomach costs about $200-$250.....it's CHEAP INSURANCE.
Danes are WONDERFUL PETS and GREAT with Children.
