About 40 pounds is the weight of a full grown female English springer spaniel.
Well I'm not a dog expert but I know that the size of an English Springer Spaniel can vary a lot. My English Springer is very small and skinny. He's 17 months old so he won't grow much more.My Uncle's English Springers are completely different. One I would say is about average, he's not too fat not too thin and very tall. The other one of my Uncle's Springers is just like a barrel and quite short. So basicly I would say there is no straight forward answer to your question I'm afraid but I hope I've helped.I have a English springer spaniel cross and he is abouthe is about 47cm from foot to shoulder and near his waist/skinniest bit just over 60cm
An American cocker spaniel female can weigh anywhere from 10 to 30 pounds. A show quality female shouuld weigh about 15 pounds but my males weigh 30 pounds.
To determine if your springer spaniel is 7 weeks pregnant, look for signs such as changes in appetite, increased nesting behavior, or weight gain. A veterinary examination can confirm pregnancy through a physical check or ultrasound, typically around the 25-30 day mark. Additionally, hormonal tests can be conducted to confirm pregnancy. If you suspect she is pregnant, it's best to consult your veterinarian for guidance on care and monitoring.
A 13-month-old Springer Spaniel typically requires between 1,000 to 1,500 grams of food per day, depending on their weight, activity level, and metabolism. It's best to divide their daily intake into two meals. Always consult your veterinarian for personalized recommendations based on your dog's specific needs and check the feeding guidelines on the dog food packaging for further guidance.
Originating in England in the 1800s the Field Spaniel used to be considered the same breed as the English Cocker Spaniel. The dog was used to flush and retrieve both fur and feather from land and water. In the 20th century it was decided that anything above 25 pounds would be considered a Field Spaniel and anything below would be an English Cocker Spaniel, and the two were officially separated into different breeds. During the 1800s the Field Spaniel was being bred with a greatly exaggerated length and weight. Almost a hundred years later in the 1920's the standard returned a moderate length and weight. Although it is a fine bird dog with a great, mild disposition, the breed remains rare to this day, most likely due to the extreme popularity of the Cocker Spaniel. The Field Spaniel was recognized by the AKC in 1894. Some of the Field Spaniel's talents are tracking, hunting, retrieving and watchdog.
At birth, an English Cocker Spaniel typically weighs between 10 to 14 ounces (about 280 to 400 grams). However, individual weights may vary slightly depending on factors such as genetics and the size of the litter. As they grow, their weight will increase significantly as they transition to solid food and grow rapidly in the first few weeks of life.

The weight of a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel typically ranges from 13 to 18 pounds (about 6 to 8 kg). Males usually weigh slightly more than females.
