Some rabbits have dentil issues. My rabbit can only grind down one side of his teeth and therefore the other side grows long and digs into the side of his mouth. This is painful and causes bunnies not to eat. You should bring them to a vet. My rabbit goes to the vet every six months to get his teeth trimmed. This dentil problem is more common with lip bunnies; bunnies with ears that flop down instead of stand up. The way they were bred caused that.
You should take your rabbit to the vet.
your rabbit probably has ketosis. It is a female, correct?
First of all, you must be doing something really wrong if your rabbit is screeching, or something is wrong with the bunny. If you have done nothing to upset the rabbit, take it to the vet, because something might be wrong internally
I tink i could be wrong but looks like (florence and the machines rabbit heart) is about having to sacrafice somthing but been afraid of sacraficing it and saying she has to be brave about it, or i could be totally wrong :/ :) tash :)
When you know something's wrong with your rabbit, instead of asking online to find out what could be wrong, you should bring the rabbit to the vet. The vet can tell you what's wrong (if anyone can), and possibly save it's life (which you likely can't do on your own, even if you did know what was wrong). If you must ask online to find out what's wrong, ask your question in rabbit-specific forums: that way you'll have a better chance of finding the answer. See the links below for info and helpful links about rabbit vets and forums. Here are some suggestions about your specific situation: - it is either acting weird, it broke a bone, or he can't breathe, but the worst thing that could happen is that he could die.
I'd think not. But I could be wrong. ;)
This is a question for a veterinarian. Sounds serious.
Theres nothing wrong with that, i eat my babies all the time.
Well, this can depend on a lot of things. For example, your female rabbit might be ill of some kind. You should have her examined by a veterinarian.
It is true that a rabbit's ears will go down when they are scared. So that isn't wrong.
If your rabbit is super skinny that means that the rabbit has mal nutrition and the only thing that u have to do is feed them something different that has more calcium and other nutriences that they need to survive
Rabbits mostly clean themselves. You should groom your rabbit regularly (see the related link below for more details), but you shouldn't have to bathe her or seriously clean her. If your rabbit is dirty, something is wrong! If you need to bathe your rabbit, not only should you follow specific procedures so that you don't hurt the rabbit, but you must also find out what's wrong -- probably, this means you need to see a vet. See the related questions below for more details.
