You should call your veterinarian immediately and have the bottle of lotion in your hand so you can relay the ingredients to the veterinarian. In many cases, the ingredients in the lotion will cause severe gastrointestinal upset (in other words, explosive prolonged vomiting), so be prepared for your dog to be emptying his stomach rapidly. The remaining ingredients may not have a specific toxic principle identified, but it would still be a really good idea to have your veterinarian administer activated charcoal to help bind up any lotion residue in your dog's stomach to hopefully prevent problems.
