Dogs should not eat pork fat. Too much will kill your dog. Chocolate is not good for them either.

AnswerChocolate, onions, grapes, raisins, garlic, bones, milk and dairy products, salt, baby food, mushrooms, trimmed meat fat, large amounts of liver. Large amounts of scraps.

Outside of that just remember if you wouldn't eat it don't give it to your pet. Dog food is best.

also tea, coffee, soda... any thing with caffeine like chocolate

A lot of people do not know this, but an ingredient in sugar free GUM, xylitol, is incredibly dangerous! It causes a servere drop in blood sugar and could also cause liver damage (and death if not treated immediately.) My 4 month old Boxer ate nine pieces and had to be rushed to an animal hospital. Luckily, he is OK, but he has been on IV fluids for two days now. Extremely pricey vet bill!
