If it's on the dog's fur, bathe him/her. Typically, hop in the shower, take the dog with you and use your doggie shampoo to clean 'em up.

After hours, for immediate treatment if it's in the dogs eyes, I've used Visine Red Out until I could get something different in the morning. Your pet isn't going to like it but it will make them feel better and help prevent damage.

There are a number of products commercially available for treatment. If it's in his/her eyes, probably the fastest to procure and effective is from your emergency medical or primary Vet or a local gunsmith with the treatment for military grade CS gas.
