They like being high up and climbing. Some cats enjoy sunbathing in lights from windows. They don't take too kindly to being dragged around by kids or other animals so a calm environment with just the right amount of attention.

If you are bringing a cat into your house make shure to put it in one room until it gets used to it then repeat that again with all the other rooms. Make shure you clean the ltter box every day otherwise your cat will mess on your carpets.
