If by turtle food, you mean those floating food pellets (like Reptomin or Zoo Med), then yeah, it's okay if the cat eats it. The main ingredient is fish meal, and cats love fish, so it's no wonder some cats like to eat turtle food.

It's not dangerous, but I wouldn't let the cat eat too much of it.
