What would a Chesapeake bay retriever and great dane mix look like?

It can look more like a lab or chow depending on what they inherit more of. I have a lab chow mix he has black spots on his tongue and is medium in size with a curly back and coarse hair. not ugly @ all

I have a 12 week old Dane/Chessy mix and he is growing on par with the size of a dane, body and leg wise. He also has huge dane feet but they are webbed for swimming. He does not have a long head like a dane but instead has the short stocky muzzle of the chessy. Most notably from the chessy is that he got a wavy coat although the coloring is black like his father, the dane. He is 12 weeks old and weighs a little over 30 pounds and can currently easily take food off of a tv tray that is normal height. He will not make a good bird dog because he does not have an undercoat like a chessy would, he has the thin coat of he dane, its just wavy like a perm; so he would get entirely to cold to work ducks in the winter.

They should be fairly large dogs with blocky heads and thick tails. Otherwise, you can get a pretty broad mix of traits and appearances.
