Possible sick, take he/she to the vet.
No you do not have a hymen in your anus. If you did it would block your bowel movements or have been broken by your bowel movements long ago.
There are various reasons why you might be having thin bowel movements accompanied by diarrhea. In most cases, it would be as a result of your dietary intake or the colon absorbing too much fluids among others.
If you ate rasions, they could look like that...
I know that drinking beer can cause this so I would presume wine would do the same
Normally that would mean an ulcer. Check with your doctor.
Not having many bowel movements can come from not drinking enough water (to flush your system), not eating enough fiber (like raisen bran and breads) and a host of other reasons. Runny green bowel movements can come from eating green foods (like broccoli, cabbage, etc). Stress for men and for a woman her monthly cycle can also cause runny bowel movements. I'm not a doctor just a mom of 5 kids,....so your best bet is to see your own physician to supplement this answer.
Every person is different. It is possible and very normal to have several formed bowel movements in one day.*The only time that frequency of BMs would be a problem is in diarrhea.
Since she is an old dog, she may have bladder problems or some other medical condition where she has lost control of bowel movements. Take her to the vet so that it can be diagnosed.
