Your bitch should not come into heat for about 4 months. As long as she had no problems having the current litter and is in good health/condition there should be no reason you could not breed her again.

There are several trains of thought on this subject.

1. Uterus is a muscle and it is better to use it, so breed every heat and then retire your bitch early after 4-5 litters.

2. Breed for two heats and rest one heat. This routine can be continued until 4-5 litters have been born.

3. Breed only once a year or every other heat cycle. This allows the bitch's body to recuperate.

You need to talk with your vet and see what they suggest since you will have to work closely with them for a happy healthy bitch and litter.

If your dog requires a c-section you should give her a year off to heal from the surgery before trying to carry a litter. Also if the litter has pulled your bitch's weight way down you need to make sure she is in top shape before breeding her again.

No. The effect on the female of bearing a litter is the same, regardless of the breeding of the puppies. A pure breed means that the mother and father of THAT dog must be the same kind and size (minature, regular size).

Is it okay to breed a maltipoo with another maltipoo if so any advice?

i do not see why not since it would still be somewhat purebred with 2dog mixes in it,as long as the female dog is healthy enough to have a litter, but when breeding a dog best advice i can give is make sure the female is at least 2 years of age and do not breed her more then once a year.

Can you cross a female french bulldog wiyh a male American bulldog?

ANY dog can be bred with ANY other dog, no matter the breed. If the female dog is the French bulldog, you can most likely expect the puppies to have to be delivered by cesarean. This is not inexpensive, and it wouldn't be optional. The very lives of the puppies and the mother dog would depend on it. If either dog is a purebred, another thing to consider is would be why breed to create a litter of mongrel puppies?
