No dog should start swimming before learning to walk and being comfortable on a lead with some degree of training. Pups are fine swimming provided they are equipped with a puppy or tiny dog life jacket for safety. Pups will tire quicker than bigger older dogs. Best also if you can go in the water and stay with your dog, to see whether he likes it, he may panic and want out. Take a water toy along to play with and paddle first to get your pup used to water, go slowly and safely.

all puppies should stay with their mom for at least 8 weeks (2 months)

It is not dangerous but this is classed as inbreeding and can cause birth defects in the puppies or abnormalities in their appearance, development or mental ability. So basically, it should be avoided at all cost.
It depends. A puppy that has no experience in swimming may face difficulty at first, so you shouldn't leave the puppy alone in a deep pool. Same applies to an adult dog. Prevention is always better than curing. The puppy, however, may show natural talent for swimming and may excel at this sport soon enough. This is because the Standard Poodle was originally bred as a water dog in Germany, so this breed should be good at swimming.
poodles are very smart so it should only take about a few days to train them if you do it right
It depends on which type of poodle the poodle is: Standard poodles weigh 45-65lbs Miniature poodles weigh 12-18lbs Toy poodles weigh 4-8lbs have toy boy poodle that i show and was wonder what wweight he should be
It depends greatly on the person you are purchasing it from. For example, if you bought a male poodle from a professional poodle breeder, chances are it will be rather expensive. However, if you bought a male poodle from a shelter for abused animals, it should be either free or have a small cost. Size also comes into play with cost, as there are three sizes of poodles: standard, miniature, and toy.
If someone is selling 5 week old Poodles then they are not a reputable breeder and you shouldn't buy from them. Puppies should be with their mom until AT LEAST 7-8 weeks.
A standard poodle should way anywhere from forty to sixty pounds to be considered healthy. A miniature poodle will weigh adequately less at 18-20 pounds
Some breeders may choose to dock Schapso puppies tails, others don't. As there is no official Breed Standard for the Schapso, it is a matter of personal taste if this ''breed'' is docked or not.
