You must be lucky with your splinters. Apparently they are only into the first layers of skin. My hand hurts and bleeds when I dig out a deep splinter.

Your body will eventually remove it on it's own. To speed up the process, soak it in the hottest water you can. If it starts to hurt alot over time, it might be sign of infection and see a doctor immediately. There is a very slim chance of that though.

because when the current and texture relase into your skin when the splinter goes in, it reacts with the wood current when removing from your finger.
