It depends where you live. In my opinion you should try the Citronella bark collars. You put it on like a regular collar but there is a place on the collar where you put this can of citronella spray for dogs. Where the collar hits the neck there is a censor so every time the dog barks the censor feels it and then sprays a puff of citronella in the dogs face. It kind of stops the dog from barking and gets them focused on something else. These collars hit all the senses feeling, sound, smell. Where shock collars only hit one.
