I always buy them at Sharp Edge Swords. No complaints..
If you are just wanting the sword to sit and never be touched then any good looking cheap sword will do. If you want something more, then you can still buy a "battle ready" and "cutting" sword at prices that will surprise you.
I have my preference on specific site and brands, but with withhold that opinion. It is not about buying swords cheaply but also they should be made of good genuine quality.
at some toy stores they sell plastic play swords but if you are looking for different swords I'm no help to you there!

You can display your collection of cheap swords in a large display case with a glass front. You can also display them by hanging them on your wall, either in various places around the room, or grouped together in one spot.

One can buy Cloud's swords in the computer game Final Fantasy VII. Some of these types of swords are the Buster Sword, the Mythril Saber, the Hard Edge, the Butterfly Edge and the Enhance Sword.
you can buy a cheap one at gamestop
To buy cheap batteries you should go online to eBay or to Costco. Costco you can buy enormous value packs of hundreds of batteries for cheap. EBay you can buy them from an auction for cheap.
you can buy zanpakuous at sword shops. Usually they have swords shaped and designed like the swords from Bleach. I would recommend the sword shop in san Francisco in the plaza.
You get what you pay for, mostly. Cheap sword is cheap. The really good swords are more expensive, but being expensive isn't what makes them good. Albion Mark swords are phenomenal, but they do cost about $700. You can get a crappy wobbly replica from Hanwei for around $100. Anything less expensive than that and you're totally wasting your money.
