Books and movies. They exist only in books and movies.
The vampire have resorted to guns, really big guns.
Yes, werewolves (or Lycans) are natural born enemies.
It is about Selene (Kate Beckinsale) escaping from imprisonment to find herself in a world where humans have discovered the existence of both Vampires and Lycans.
Lycans and Vampires are not real. They are just fictional creatures made by people for literature or for some to keep their children home at night. There is no proof of them living or if they lived.
you'd find a lycan mostly in the forest there creatures of the night not only for vampires but lycans too...you'd be stupid to go there on a full moon :)
In the Underworld series, Lycans, are a second breed of werewolves. They were created when a first breed would bite a human and they themselves become a second breed with human like capabilities. They are constantly at war fighting with vampires.
Numbers are based on the 2002 census and may already be out-of-date Vampires - 4,567 with more dying every day. Which means the numbers go up. Lycans - 3,004 however they are holding a recruiting session in Toledo Spain and are offering free lollipops to all who attend so that number is likely to soar.
Although the leader of the Lycans, called Lucien, was killed he still got Selene to bite (please put name) to avenge his wife and child and the the vampires numbers were diminished largely so technically, the Lycans won.
Lycans?
Underworld Rise Of The Lycans is a very good film. It does not have Kate Beckinsale in it as the others do but it has Rhona Mitra satrring as Sonja, who was Victor's daughter. This film is about Sonja and what happened to her and why she was killed. Lucien who Sonja loved, had spoken about it in the first Underworld, but this film shows the entire thing in more detail and why the war between vampires and lycans began.
The sequel to "Underworld: Evolution" is "Underworld: Rise of the Lycans," which serves as a prequel to the first two films in the franchise. It delves into the origin story of the centuries-long conflict between vampires and werewolves, focusing on the character Lucian, the first Lycan.
