Yes petz 5 horses can breed. although depending on which site you downloaded the horses from, there may be the odd problem or two. Nothing bad just that the baby foals can be a little or a lot deformed lol. But I have bred successively some lovely cute horses for my self with no problems. Due to warnings on sites though I have not tried to mix different horse breeds for the game petz 5. For example, an Arabian horse from one site with a Shetland from another and I also do not reccomend this. Well have fun breeding your cute horses and I hope I was some sort of help to you :)
In Petz 5, you can get new petz, such as the horse and Yoshi, by downloading and installing custom petz files from fan sites or forums. These files often come in the form of .pet files that you can add to your game's directory. Once you've added the new petz files, you can access them in the game through the petz adoption center or by using the petz editor. Always be sure to follow the installation instructions provided with the custom files for the best results.

There really is no such thing as a "worse" horse breed or breeds, just like there are no best horse breeds either. Worst really depends on what you are referring to as the worst, like with ranching, show jumping, for draft work, horse racing, for beginners or just as a leisure horse. Besides, there are more variations in temperament within breeds than there is between breeds.
you can buy petz 5 in gamestop and target

First, save the breed to your desktop. You go to wherever you store Petz. Then, go to Resource>Dogz (or Catz) folder and MOVE IT THERE.
