I recently rescued a baby mouse and wondered this myself, but with some trial and error I figured it out. I used a Q-tip dipped in warm water and rubbed it along the mouse's lower belly and genital/rectal area. Do this just after it has eaten. If it pees you will see the yellow on the Q-tip. If it poops it will be very small and dark. My mouse started cleaning itself around the time its eyes opened, so once it starts cleaning itself and leaving poops in its cage you don't need to help it any more.
Go to google.com and click on the Images tab and then type in the words mouse poop.
uhhh, the animal. Rat feces is larger than mouse feces (poop). they both basically look the same.
mouse bile: rub it on the flea
Frog poop generally has a different appearance than mouse poop. Frog poop is typically tubular in shape and can vary in color depending on the frog's diet, while mouse poop is typically smaller and pellet-shaped.
You rub the foam of the mouse on your hands before lightkly smearing your face
millions! i have to scrub the smashed mice poops off the wheel every week! but in reality a mouse will poop more than a dozen times a day.

It is URGENT that you gently rub the lower belly and anal area of the baby mouse to get it to poop. It cannot go on it's own (this is why mother animals lick their young in these areas, it stimulates them to go potty). If you do NOT do this, they can die from poisoning from their own feces and get backed up or bloated. Do this to them every time they eat (afterwards). If nothing happens, wait a few minutes and try again. Best to use a q-tip or your finger that is warm and damp. :)
Yes, it looks similar to mouse poo.
You rub Vaseline on them as you whisper comforting thoughts to the poor mouse. Next question please.
