Who was Iracus?

A man in a dream. He found himself in a library, the library being full of books that carried the profile of his face and the name "Iracus" on the cover. The lettler u in the name had two dots over it, affecting the punctuation of the name. The man realized that these books were about him and all he had done and been involved with, and he was confused as to why. The scene changed and he and others were fighting some unknown enemy. The fight was with hand held weapons and was fierce. When the fight was over he stood high and asked "Who will stand with the king!?" Those who were with him shouted their approval. The dream was over, and the dreamer was left wondering what his destiny would be.
