Why are hunters killing pandas?

I think the Chinese government stopped hunters shooting pandas because they are rare and they'd become extinct very quickly if they were still being hunted. Though i still think that some pandas are being shot. My reasons are:

1. They make a big fuss when just 1 out of a 1000 pandas are born. Even the most common panda species.
2. How come they are still using panda claws as medicine if pandas aren't being shot.
3. 'Panda Meat and Skin' is still being brought in to 'Black Markets'!

Those are all my very sensible reasons and I would like you to consider these. Thanks,

Because they are endangered for one thing, and because they are so cute. That is like totally a rhetorical question. Have you taken a look at panda's lately? Do you ever hear of them doing anything mean to anybody? NO!!! They are just used for there fur and meat. That is cruel beyond anything.
