Eating too many sunflower seeds can be harmful due to their high calorie and fat content, which can contribute to weight gain if consumed in excess. Additionally, consuming large quantities of salted sunflower seeds can lead to an increased intake of sodium, which may be detrimental to your health, particularly if you have high blood pressure or heart problems. Moderation is key when enjoying sunflower seeds as part of a balanced diet.
Honey, once those sunflower seeds have gone rancid, there's no turning back. You might as well try to turn a pickle back into a cucumber. Toss those bad boys in the trash and treat yourself to a fresh bag of seeds. Life's too short to be munching on funky snacks.
