1. you have been the target of a prank, and been tricked into drinking a chemical that will stain your urine
2. you have consumed food/drink with strong synthethic coloring thats made its way through
3. There are some medicines that can cause this too

If you suspect #1, Contact a doctor. The chemical used is not particularly dangerous in small doses, but I wouldn't trust someone thinking this is a good prank to get the dosage "right".

If you suspect #2, wait it out.

If you suspect #3, check the description of your medicines to see if it's listed, and wait it out.
