Many Siberian Huskies have complete heterochromia. It is just a thing that makes one eye different colored from the other. It only changes eye color and doesn't effect whoever has it in any other way. It is simply more common in Siberian Huskies than most species.

Why do my left and right eye perceive different colors?

Your left and right eyes perceive different colors because each eye has its own unique set of cone cells that detect different wavelengths of light. This can result in slight variations in color perception between the two eyes.

Why do colors look different in each eye?

Colors may look different in each eye due to variations in the way light is processed and interpreted by the individual cones in each eye. This can be influenced by factors such as the angle of light entering each eye, differences in the sensitivity of cones to different wavelengths of light, and potential variations in the neural processing of color information between the two eyes.
