im not sure but if your talking about their taste then no. They barely have any taste buds so they can't really taste much. So if you have a cat and you wan't to give it good tasting food he or she won't really know the difference between the really good tasting food and normal food. Actually, if you are referring to taste then they do. That's the reason that they ask for Meow Mix by name. Remember, meow, meow, meow, meow, meow. Now if you mean strong like Popeye after a can of delicious spinach, then no.
