Cats may wake you up for several reasons, primarily driven by their natural instincts and behaviors. They are crepuscular animals, meaning they are most active during dawn and dusk, which can coincide with your sleep schedule. Additionally, they might be seeking attention, food, or playtime, or simply want to be near you for comfort. Their playful nature and curiosity can also lead them to wake you up just to engage with you or explore their environment.
No
Ya because they are hungry and especially in indoor cats.

Cats may bite to wake you up because they are seeking attention, hungry, or want to play. It could also be a natural instinct to communicate their needs or to establish dominance.
Well, a lot of the time they were only in a very light sleep mode, so a small noise can wake them up. They can then wake up feeling refreshed but alert straight away. They do this when they are only staying somewhere for a little while, or are wanting to look out for danger, therefore they can wake up straight away and be awake. When they are in a deep sleep and are woken up they will almost always yawn and stretch, and perhaps stay still for a while. It is just the cat's nature to be very awake when they wake up.
I don't think you can. Maybe close your door when you sleep or whenever it jumps up on your bed at 5:22 push it off until it learns you don't wake up 'til 6:15.
After they are a kitten they develop wings. Sort of like a butterfly. So if you wake up one morning and you cat has wings do not be alarmed.
