Does your dog like eating food?? If so...then she doesn't like her food at all! I am not 100% sure but I think that would be the most likely answer. My dog also does the same we normally have to push/slide him along the tiles to his plate so he can eat his food… He puts his tale in between his legs and starts eating. At one stage we had to shove the food into his mouth. So my best guess would be that she hates the food she is given.
