Grass is generally not harmful for dogs to digest in small amounts, and many dogs eat it out of boredom or curiosity. However, if a dog is frequently eating grass and vomiting afterward, it may indicate an underlying health issue or dietary deficiency. Always consult a veterinarian if you have concerns about your dog's eating habits.
