It is best that you adopt from the pound because else where can lead to getting one from the streets. Witch is a bad idea because you don't know where they been and if they got some kind of disease. You can call pet control if you see one without an owner, but a dog from the pound is much better. Him or her whoever wrote this is wrong because you can take it to the vet and give it some flea and worm treatment. I actually found a puppy on the streets and I put him in my car and I faed him and we still have him.
