Which means you will need to get puppy formula and bottle feed every 2 hours, defiately take to vet to check. Second being she is young ( I don't know how old your dog is) and does not know what to do. You can try to guide the pup to her teat and get it to latch on, once the pup starts nursing, the hormones released will help the momma dog know what to do.
