Dogs have a keen sense of hearing, so when you blow in your canines ear, it punctures their ear drum much more than it would a humans.
It shouldn't provided it is used properly. A dog whistle is a whistle that produces a pitch that is too high for most people to hear, but most dogs can hear. However, if you blow the dog whistle in the dog's ear, yes it will hurt the dog's hearing.
Possibly a ruptured drum. If you blow your nose & you can feel it in either of your ears, that is confirmation.
Of course it hurts! Do not crop dog's ears! Don't listen to them, you can have a dogs ears cropped. Obviously it does hurt them, but that is okay.
giraffes hurt dogs
i an answering the question ( does stcreching your ear hurt?) right i have my ear percied 2 time on each ear, and on my right ear i have a 6g streching, going from a 0.00g to a 4g didnt hurt at all, it was a litlle pop and it was streched then the 6g one hurt i didnt cry it just hurt a little. so the higher you go the more it will hurt.
A blow horn. Go and blow a blow horn in their ear and they will wake up. make sure to run because they will hurt that person who do it. Also a phone is good because it vibrates too and usually is right by the bed if not on the bed.
To prevent damaging your eardrum from a blow or impact, avoid inserting objects into your ear, wear protective gear during activities that pose a risk of impact to the ear, and seek medical attention if you experience any pain or hearing loss after a blow to the ear.
"Ding o' the lug" is a Scottish term that refers to a slap on the ear. It is typically used to describe a sharp blow or strike to the ear.
it's a possible only as a theory. My opion is no, if a German Shepperd got bitten on the ear then maybe THAT ear could be floppy but not the other ear. No dog would have floppy ears because it's scared.
no
Only To some dogs but to dogs like labs or pugs they will not hurt them put to small dogs they might
Short answer NO. Anything that hard into the ear can cause a drum rupture if not handled properly; they tend to move & thus make it easy for you to hurt them. Use cotton ball, few drop of dog ear cleaner from pet store, and use your fingers to push it far (cotton won't hurt the dog) into the canal & clean. Regular cleaning helps.
