You should not let your rat like your lips! They have many diseases and can kill you if you continue do let him/her do that. To stop this from happening get him a salt lick or a chew rod and he will like that instead of your disease lips.

Whoever typed that first bit obviously doesn't know what they are talking about. First of all, in the way of diseases, you are much more likely to catch a disease from kissing any human than any animal, especially a PET rat. My rat used to kiss me all the time, not much different than being licked by a dog, except not as gross feeling. And no, "chew rods and salt licks" aren't going to stop this. Your rat is grooming you and it is a sign he is very comfortable with you and that he thinks you are his family. Disregard everything that first idiot wrote. BTW I'm a Biology major and I've kept rats for years.
