Why does your dogs paw twitch?

Sometimes they appear to twitch because the dog is very sensitive to sounds. Other times the twitch can indicate that your dogs ears are uncomfortable, i.e. it may have an ear infection or ear mites. Have them checked.

Try giving her a bath and make sure u get her paw really good.

If it continues take her to the vet and see if they can do anything.

It is a myth that they twitch because they are growing. My puppy twitches all the time when he sleeps so that supposedly means that he is growing.

if the dog is sleeping they could be dreaming of chasing a mailman or sumthin IDK my dog does it too.

Many animals dream, just like you do. In their dreams, they are running around, chasing things and having fun -- just like when you dream, you move, the dog moves around when it's dreaming.
