It's important to take the hamster to a veterinarian for an examination to determine the cause of the issue. The vet may recommend treatment or therapy to help the hamster regain use of its back feet if possible. In the meantime, provide a clean and comfortable environment to prevent any further injury.

A hamster has four feet, though it can use its front ones like hands for certain purposes.
Before I went on March Break, I left my hamster Scrappy with my friend. Now that I'm back, I went to go bring him home today. When I got there, something seemed wrong with him, but I told her thanks for watching him. When I got home I examined him. Scrappy is a black bear hamster, With pink ears, a pink stubby tail & pink feet. The hamster she gave me back was similar but these are the problems: This hamster had shinier, darker fur. This hamster was chubbier. This hamster had white feet & tail; not pink like Scrappys. He had a white spot on his back, Scrappy doesnt. His ears are black, Scrappys were pink. His nest was different than the way Scrappy built his. Please respond with an answer
