Rabbits often become aggressive and territorial when they haven't been socialized (when they're feral), when they've been traumatised (by abuse, neglect, or a frightening incident), or when they aren't being taken proper care of (when they're unfulfilled, depressed, anxious). If your rabbit is acting this way you should spend some time studying rabbit care and behaviour; make any necessary changes to the rabbit's habitat, routine, and/or diet; and be patient, and respectful of the rabbit's feelings and personal space. Another reason a rabbit might become aggressive and territorial is becuase it has hit the teenage years -- in which case, the rabbit will out grow it and if not you can train the rabbit to be nice again; neutering/spaying the rabbit will also help.
Make sure that you watch it were ever it goes then you can do it
You put your rabbit back in the cage and just watch it to where it goes or you can look for the slitest hole or space. It also can help if you put your hand in the cage and feel around for places that the rabbit could fit threw.

My rabbit did that too. She just makes that noise when she and the other rabbit are mating. The male rabbit may also sort of sit on her.
First answer: A run is appropriate for a rabbit because so the rabbit can find an better home or get more carrots for their friends. Why rabbit runs and exercise pens are appropriate for rabbits:No matter what kind of cage or hutch your pet rabbit lives in, s/he needs extra space to run around in, exercise, play, and socialize every day, at least 5 hours. Everywhere your rabbit goes has to be safe.Outdoors, your rabbit should be fenced-in. You can buy or make a fenced-in area for your rabbit called a pen or a "run" so that your rabbit has a safe place to play. There are a lot of dangers outside to consider. Having to clean your rabbits cage out every 2 days.having slugs, cockroaches and mice and spiders all in the cage.the fur goes everywhere! When it digs in the garden. When you can't get them back in their hutch after a run.
If something smells, you shouldn't cover it up with candles or other scents: you should clean it up! Rabbits don't smell so long as they're healthy and their cage is clean. A rabbit's litter should be scooped every day or two, and the entire cage should be scrubbed down once or twice a year. If you already clean your rabbit's cage like this, then you should bring your rabbit to the vet to find out why it smells, because it's probably sick. If you just cover up bad smells instead of cleaning them up, then bacteria will build and your rabbit will get sick from this! See the related questions below for more info and helpful links.
