Your rabbit should not use the bathroom everywhere after being spayed. Rabbits are very territorial and when in a cage use only one corner as a bathroom. If your rabbit is in the house and not using the appropriate areas to relieve herself it sounds like she needs to be retrained or housebroke.

Rabbits poo all over the place for territorial reasons that are fuelled by hormones, and feelings of insecurity.

Fixing the bunny (neuter/spay) usually goes a long way toward taking care of this problem, especially in younger rabbits. Providing a well-placed comfortable litter box, and helping the rabbit feel secure in his habitat (see the related question below about stress) also help to limit how much the rabbit defecates everywhere.

However, almost all rabbits will still defecate somewhat outside the litter box -- it's just a natural behaviour. Luckily, normal rabbit feces is dry and doesn't smell, so just keep a hand broom and dust pan handy.

Didn't you housebreak him? He is probably still marking his territory the only way he can. Does will mark their territory this way.
