have you had him or her vet checked tomake sure theyre not in any pain or ill ? at 14 weeks a dog shouldn't be aggressive . theyre just a baby its down to you to train the aggressive streak out of them .. excercise discipline and then affection in that order . if you want to fuss your dog .. then ask him to sit first that way your getting him to do something and in his mind that's what dogs are meant to do ... a puppy shouldn't be walked very far though . so at that age just around the garden to get them used to the lead is good ..
