Personally I would imagine that there is one of two things going on. First the father might be telling the 2 year old horrible things that mommy will do if you let her take the diaper off or put her in the bath making her afraid of her mother. Second and more likely is the father is sexually abusing the baby during diaper changes and baths making her feel very uncomfortable when her mom tries to change or bath her.
i think your little girl is being molested. you should really talk to her, her father, or the police about it because it is very serious and can scar her for life.
Yes, you should change your daughter's diaper if it is wet or soiled. Keeping her clean and dry is important for her comfort and to prevent diaper rash. Regular changes also help maintain good hygiene. Make sure to check her diaper frequently, especially if she is a newborn or an infant.

A boy's diaper is harder to change, as boys sometimes urinate on the one changing the diaper.

On average, it takes a father about 5 to 10 minutes to change a diaper. This time can vary depending on the father's experience, the baby's temperament, and whether additional tasks like cleaning or dressing the baby are involved. As fathers become more familiar with the process, they may become quicker at it.
