It is probably urinary inconcitence. It means that your pet is having problems controling his/her bladder, and some liquid leaks out. As dogs age, their bladder shpincthers weaken, due to a hormone or something, and they pee on the ground without wanting to. Dont blame them, just ask your vet to help.
